Rob is a leading expert within the industry completing over 1.2 GW and 3M SF of mission critical projects globally. Mr. Morris is a graduate of the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University BBA, Finance. Rob serves on the Executive Board of Camp John Marc in Dallas, TX. Camp John Marc aims to “inspire confidence for life” for kids with various chronic medical and physical challenges. Rob and his wife enjoy volunteering in the therapeutic equestrian programs at Camp.

Travis Young brings 27 years experience in finance and real estate to Skybox Datacenters as co-founder and CFO. Mr. Young has completed over 1.2 GW and 3M SF of mission critical projects globally. Travis is a graduate of Pepperdine University (Bachelor of Science) and Duke University (Masters of Business Administration). Travis previously served as Senior Vice President for Cushman & Wakefield.

Haynes Strader serves as Chief Development Officer at Skybox Datacenters. Haynes’ experience stretches over eleven years in the data center sector, both domestically and internationally. Mr. Strader continues developing trusted relationships with Skybox Datacenters clients and capital partners across the industry. Previously, Haynes has represented tenants, buyers and sellers on more than 200 data center transactions totaling more than $3.5B in total value and has become renowned for his mission critical market expertise. Haynes previously served as Vice President in the CBRE Data Center Solutions platform. Mr. Strader is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and serves on the SMU Dedman College Executive Board, 21st Century Council, and the SMU Folsom Institute Board

Gordon Kellerman serves as Executive Vice President, Sales & Leasing for Skybox Datacenters. Gordon brings 12 years of experience in critical facilities sales and marketing. Mr. Kellerman is a leading sales expert within the data center industry completing over 1.2GW & 3M SF of mission critical projects throughout North America. Gordon is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and serves as an Associate Board Member for the Folsom School of Real Estate, as well as on the Executive Board of Camp John Marc. Camp John Marc aims to “inspire confidence for life” for kids with various chronic medical and physical challenges.

Melissa Drennan serves as General Counsel for Skybox Datacenters. Melissa brings significant legal expertise from an array of industries including datacenter cooling technologies, technology licensing, utilities, leasing, and consulting services. With over 30 years of experience in various practices of law, Mrs. Drennan will be contributing her legal acumen regarding contract negotiations, business transactions, IP, corporate governance and risk.

Robert Adkins serves as Senior Vice President of Customer Solutions for the Skybox Team. Robert brings more than 30 years of real estate experience with the last 16 years focused on data center management and deployment, most recently serving as the Executive Facilities Engineering lead where he oversaw site selection and fit out of IBM's technical designs at 59 data centers across 23 cities worldwide. Robert is responsible for engaging with Skybox customers to create best in class data center solutions, managing Skybox’s proven Environment Health and Safety program, and working with enterprise and hyperscale customers to optimize existing environments and future deployments to achieve resilient compute and sustainable innovations globally.

Ken serves as our Senior Vice President of Design & Construction and is responsible for managing our full portfolio of projects nationwide. With 25 years of experience in corporate real estate, encompassing design, construction, and property management, Ken brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. Prior to joining Skybox, Ken served as the Senior Vice President of Design and Construction for Citi in North America, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and played a pivotal role in advancing innovative real estate projects.

Jason is a key member of the Skybox team, driving the development of data center projects across North America. As Vice President of Project Delivery, he oversees all aspects of preconstruction, scheduling, and the successful execution of projects. Jason brings more than 15 years of experience in managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar construction initiatives from concept to completion. His expertise spans data centers, office, industrial, and retail developments. Prior to joining Skybox, Jason spent three years at Critical Project Services, where he led multiple mission-critical projects, further honing his expertise in high-performance infrastructure delivery.

Nick is a key member of the Skybox team, overseeing design and engineering across all development projects. As Vice President of Design & Engineering, he supports the construction team and ensures seamless design integration from concept to completion. Nick brings extensive experience in managing mission-critical projects, most recently serving as Senior Project Manager at Cummings Electrical.

Eric Logan is the Vice President of Energy Development at Skybox, bringing over 24 years of expertise in strategic development and capital project execution within the energy and industrial sectors. A certified PMP, he has led multi-billion-dollar projects, specializing in power generation, utility infrastructure, and advanced manufacturing. With a background in engineering and finance, Eric is committed to advancing Skybox’s mission of delivering sustainable, energy-efficient solutions.

Katie is responsible for project coordination, brand management and customer engagement for Skybox Datacenters. Mrs. McJunkin graduated with a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University. Katie previously served for three years as a Director at Watermark Community Church in Dallas, TX.

Cody serves as a Senior Project Manager at Skybox, providing direct support to the construction team across all active development projects. He brings valuable experience from previous roles as Project Manager at Birch Construction and VCC, LLC, where he led various commercial construction initiatives from planning through execution.

Jeremy serves as an ICT Project Manager at Skybox Datacenters, responsible for managing the delivery of structured cabling and network infrastructure during fit-up and fit-out phases. He brings over 10 years of experience in data center ICT systems, most recently completing major projects with Walker Engineering.

Chuck serves as Senior Solutions Architect at Skybox, supporting the construction team across all development projects with a focus on fit-up and fit-out execution. He brings over 20 years of IT architecture experience, including leadership in network, telecom, data center, and AV systems. Prior to joining Skybox, Chuck was Senior Manager of Network, Telecom, Datacenters, and Audio Visual at NRG Energy.

Kevin serves as a Project Manager at Skybox, providing direct support to the construction team across all active development projects. He brings over six years of data center-specific experience, most recently serving as a Project Manager at DPR.

Bethany is the Business & Finance Manager at Skybox Datacenters, supporting internal operations and client relations while overseeing key financial processes. She holds a Biomedical Sciences degree from Texas A&M and has a background in financial services.

Nick serves as Project Cost Manager at Skybox, supporting the construction team with project controls, cost analysis, and risk assessment. Prior to joining Skybox, he worked in litigation consulting, specializing in construction claims for law firms and clients across multiple industries.

Bodie serves as a Project Manager at Skybox, supporting the construction team across all ongoing development projects. He brings focused experience in data center construction, having previously managed both enterprise and colocation projects at DPR Construction.

Anna serves as Executive Administrator at Skybox Datacenters, supporting the C-suite and leading Marketing and Community Engagement initiatives. She holds a degree in Marketing and Management from Baylor University and previously served as Administrative Assistant in the Marketing Department at the Hankamer School of Business.

Chris serves as an Assistant Project Manager at Skybox Datacenters, supporting the construction team across ongoing development projects. Prior to joining Skybox, he worked on the operations team of an industrial general contractor, managing a range of projects both nationally and in the DFW metroplex.

Jack serves as a Development Associate at Skybox Datacenters, focusing on site selection, transactions, capital markets, and investor relations. He holds degrees in Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering from SMU and previously worked at CyrusOne and RecNation in commissioning, site acquisitions, and project management.

Sadie serves as Administrative Assistant at Skybox Datacenters, providing support to both the construction and HR teams. Prior to joining Skybox, she was an Executive Assistant at Dialexa, an IBM company.

James is responsible for managing a team of technicians and day-to-day operations of Skybox Houston One. His responsibilities include preventative maintenance, developing policies and procedures, managing Skybox vendors, contractors, security, and overseeing new construction build out.

Jesus serves as a Field Project Manager at Skybox, supporting the construction team and overseeing on-site execution of development projects. He brings a strong focus on efficiency, communication, and quality to ensure successful project delivery.

David is a Field Project Manager at Skybox, responsible for managing on-site construction activities and supporting overall project execution. He is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, fostering strong team coordination, and driving projects forward with efficiency and precision.

Jason leads project management and construction implementation for Skybox datacenter projects nationwide. With over 24 years of real estate experience, he has managed complex developments for numerous Fortune 500 companies, including major global technology firms.

Monira is part of the program management team at Skybox, supporting nationwide projects with a focus on contracts, budgeting, and cost tracking. She brings over a decade of commercial real estate experience across tenant improvements, turnkey, and ground-up developments.
